After your order is confirmed, we will direct you to complete our creative brief. Answering these questions gives us a broad overview of your business and allows us to develop design specifications for your logo. From it, we will gain a valuable insight into your product or service, your visual style and color preferences and the type of areas where you will utilize your new logo.
If you have any questions about the creative brief you can always contact us for assistance, or you can submit the creative brief as is. One of our design representatives will review your answers and contact you if there are any issues before we begin your designs.
The designers that are chosen to work on your project will design initial concepts based on what the creative brief tells them about what your company wants to convey with your logo.
Your initial logo concepts will be available in just 1-2 days!
You will get up to three logo concepts as outlined in our guidelines. The designers will make comments about their designs to help you understand why they chose to illustrate a logo a particular way.
Congratulations! You have chosen a design that suits your needs. During this step, we fine-tune and perfect your design until it is exactly how you want it to look. This means UNLMIITED fine tuning to the logo you have chosen!
At this stage, your input is not only welcomed, but vital.
You might find one of these versions is exactly what you want but, if you feel aspects of these designs like layout, color, size and font are not quite as you would like, let us know.
Each set of revisions takes no longer than two business days to complete.
As soon as you approve your new, final design and have made your final payment, we will begin formatting it for immediate download.
We provide all the most popular file formats:
Vector files (EPS and AI) - These are for your printer and future designer. These files can be opened with any vector editing software such as Adobe Illustrator.
Web files (JPG, GIF and PNG) - These are for your use. JPG files can be used in word or any other Microsoft application such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc. GIF and PNG files can be used on your web pages since they have a transparent background.
If there are any other formats that you may require please let us know prior to the delivery of your final files.
