Copyright to the above listed work is hereby transferred to Your Company, effective as of Time & Date, including, and without limitation, the right to publish the work in whole or in part in any and all forms and media, now or hereafter known.
JSGraphix retains the following rights in regard to the material:
The right to display the material in the portfolio of JSGraphix.
JSGraphix also warrants that the designs provided are entirely that of JSGraphix and is aware that misrepresentation of ownership will result in potential damages and costs.
